Application Requirements

  • Primary Card Applicant

-  Must be 20-60 years of age

- Basic salary must be equivalent or over 18,000 THB per month and overall income must not be lower than 30,000THB per month for Gold Card (Thai & Non-Thai)

- Basic salary must be equivalent or over 30,000 THB per month and overall income must not be lower than 40,000THB per month for Platinum Card (Thai & Non-Thai)

  • Supplementary Card Applicant

-  Must be at least 15 years of age

-  Maximum of 3 supplementary card applicants per one primary cardholder

  • Required Documents

Primary Card applicant:

- Copy of valid ID and householder register (Thai Nationality)

- Copy of valid Passport and Work Permit as evidence of permission to stay in Thailand (for Non-Thai Nationality)

Supplementary card applicant:

- Copy of valid ID card (Thai Nationality)

- Copy of valid Passport (for Non-Thai Nationality)

Evidence of income

For applicant with permanent income such as: company employee, government official, state enterprise officer

- Original or copy of salary slip or income certificate (latest not more than 3 months)

- If receiving cash, must send the withholding tax 50 bis slip

- Copy of bank statement showing a 3-month history from the present data of application

For Business Owner/ Self-employed

- Copy of bank statement (business account-individual’s name) showing a 6-month history from the present date of application

- Copy of company registration issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the period is at least 1 year
