Corporate Banking Department
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing the business plan and managing team to achieve the target under successful implementation of strategy as indicated in the plan.
- Overseeing the business operations and supervise the overall operations to drive strategic company growth which will be in line with objectives, articles of association as well as vision, mission, policies, business strategies, goals and operating plan, financial goals and budget approved by the Board of Directors.
- Supervising, guiding and delegating staff at executive level in their duties and ensuring the Bank policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated. Also covering the function of assessing, managing and resolving problematic developments and situations.
- Ensuring that appropriate systems, policies, budgets, controls, and procedures are in place to support day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the business.
- Closely coordinate with Head Quarters and its SEA entities on business referral to increase collaborative revenue and strengthen BOC status as bank of choice for regional and global customers.
- Identify business risk and opportunities and provide recommendation for continuous improvement and provide professional advice to the risk/ credit committee on strategic business development especially in the area of foreign business and investment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related fields.
- At least 10 years in Relationship Management and Corporate Banking business, preferably with an international bank with a focus on Corporate Banking.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Analysis and related functions.
- Ability to think strategically and manage multi-nationality team.
- Excellent marketing, communication, organizing and leadership skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken in English. Mandarin is an advantage.
Business Development
Corporate Banking Department
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Corporate Banking Department other frontline teams to provide strong business development support for them, including: NCS enquiry, some system operation, coordinate between loan administrator and Relationship Manager to help limit creating and loan drawdown, industry and customer information searching.
- Coordinate with branches to promote corporate business and cross sales the Bank's product.
- Lead and coordinate with Relationship Manager to do the non-credit customer developments: group customer approaching, association and commerce approaching, government and non-government organization approaching.
- Collaborate with BOC domestic branches and overseas branches to promote cross-border business for Chinese enterprise.
- Maintain the relationship with Thailand government institutions such as Ministry of Commerce, BOI, ECC, Federation of Thai Industries and all other related commerce chambers.
- Organize the business match-making activities and proactively participate the expos in China and Thailand.
- Other administration/ auxiliary jobs, such as expense climbed admin works.
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
- Experience in banking sector and has a good connection in banking industry.
- Good command in English or Chinese.
- Knowledgeable of financial Product
- Have marketing and sales skill.
Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)
Corporate Banking Department
Responsibilities:
- Expand new client base under target industry and continually develop strong relationship with existing clients and new potential clients as financial partners.
- Enhance collaboration with Product Managers for selling new product improving drawdown process as well as create cross selling opportunities.
- Provide financial solutions with in-depth knowledge and deliver excellent services appropriately.
- Ensure continuous growth of business volume and revenue, also balancing risk and return of client portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree of Banking & Finance/ Economics or others relevant field.
- At least 5 years' experience in corporate banking field with strong credit and financial analysis skill, also familiar with corporate banking products.
- Have OMEGA Credit Skills Certification.
- Fluent in both written and spoken in English. Mandarin is an advantage.
Product Development Manager
Personal Digital Banking Department
Responsibilities:
- Review, revise, and adjust the policies, measures, and procedures for personal products (e.g., deposits, foreign exchange, remittances, etc.) to ensure compliance with the regulations of the Bank of Thailand (BOT) and the Bank of China Hong Kong (BOCHK).
- Support and coordinate with head office for new product/ project launch.
- Complete the process of product development.
- Design and run the marketing campaign of personal products.
- Organize product training session for branches staffs.
- Complete all reports with accuracy and able to deliver on time.
- Responsible for ad-hoc project/ task per management assignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree of Finance, business or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years in banking experience with at least 3 years in product management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Excellent communication skills, up to date with legal, compliance related issues, sound judgement.
- Excellent command English. Chinese is an advantage.
Technology Risk Management Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)
Information Technology Department
Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory and recommendation from technology risk perspective.
- Assist to control security architecture for the organization infrastructure and application, and control the compliance of security baseline for key IT processes.
- Assist to implement the assessment on the Bank/ outsourcing/ third party security control.
- Assist in processes of technology related risk management strategies, and work plans.
- Assist in maintain security standards and guidelines with focus on application and network security as well as regulation compliance.
- Plan, coordinate and drive IT security program to enhance secure posture assessment for critical information systems.
- Assist to review processes on information security operation.
- Work with the IT operation partners to monitor any system and network security threat and to apply quick remediation action.
- Work with compliance team to ensure that IT processes of the Bank are in line with Bank of Thailand regulations.
- Assist to process security dashboard with key risk indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in IT security, Technology risk, IT risk management, Compliance or IT audit function from other sizable financial institutions.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
- Holding CISA, CISSP, CISM or CIA certificate is preferable.
Senior Teller (Mandarin Speaking)
Branches and Banking Department
Responsibilities:
- Perform Banking services to customers with service mind.
- Process and record routine transactions accurately and efficiently for Bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers.
- Advise and promote the Bank's products and services.
- Balance currency, cash and checks in cash drawer at end of each shift.
- Prepare related reports as assigned.
- Coordinate with department which is branch operation concern.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business Chinese or related fields.
- At least 5 years in Teller or good knowledge in Banking products, system Banking and services.
- Excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge in AMLO and KYC.

Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:
- Perform Banking services to customers with service mind.
- Open new accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines for personal customers.
- Ensure that all the Bank's policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with all the process of duties.
- Advise and promote the Bank's products and services (Online Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card and Fixed Deposit) to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business Chinese or related fields.
- Having knowledge about Banking products and services is an advantage.
