(Senior) Relationship Manager, Institutional Banking
Cooperate Banking Department
Responsibilities:
- Develop and serve a portfolio of accounts in Institutional Banking.
- Develop the portfolio by prospecting potential clients in the market and offering suitable banking services to the existing customers.
- Assist in KYC and client on-boarding process.
- Prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority.
- Prepare various reports for management review.

(Senior) Credit Risk Manager
Risk Management Department
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in credit approval, familiar with regional conglomerates and industry-leading large local corporates
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, industry trends and credit facility structure for large corporate clients and prepare due diligence reports to support credit decision making.
- Work closely with relationship managers, product teams, and other internal units to structure credit facilities and align on credit risk strategies.
- Familiar with local and group level regulatory requirements and compliance checking requirements, consistently adheres to internal policy requirements.
- Support drafting or review of credit risk management policy and by-industry credit guidelines.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve risk and control issues.
- Assist with regulatory examinations and auditing tasks related to credit risk.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing and trading business for the Bank’s corporate or financial institutions clients; proactively drive performance, keep abreast of changes in the market and clients’ demand, and provide professional advice on sales strategy adjustments.
- Maintain high-quality day-to-day contact with clients, including pitching and closing deals, and ensure proper follow-up of post-deal tasks.
- Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Traders and other product managers of Global Markets. Work closely within the team to maximize business revenue and support other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare various routine monitoring and compliance reports for Global Markets operational risks.
- Follow up on various operational incidents and conduct independent assessment and analysis on the cases.
