Bank of China (Thai) has launched the new internet mobile banking APP for personal users with the key feature such as easy Current or Savings account inquiry, transfer & remittance, debit & credit card management, and Investment management. In addition, users are able to manage both of their current and savings account, debit and credit card, and investment through our updated mobile banking application with the enjoyment of our safety and convenience application 24/7 anywhere.

1. Manage current/savings account and debit card/credit card such as account Inquiry and transaction details (current transaction and previous transactions), debit card filing loss report and cancel loss report, etc.

2. Transfer & remittance, payee within the Bank, Domestic Transfer, International

Remittance, CNY Pre-settlement Remittance.

3. Able to locate BOCT’s branches / ATMs near you.

4. View Real-time exchange rate and online foreign exchange.

5. Global account management where users can manage their BOC accounts they have in any country.

How To Apply BOCT Mobile Banking Service

1. Customers must already have BOCT Current or Savings account. In case of not having BOCT’s account, customers must open BOCT bank account before applying for our mobile banking service.

2. Customers who interest in our service can apply for the service by bringing the required document to all BOCT’s branch.

3. The required documents are as follow;

l For customers who already have BOCT account;

- For Thai customer:  The original and valid Thai National Identification Card and original BOCT’s bank account.

- For  foreign customer: The original and valid passport  which and original BOCT’s bank account.

l For customer  who do not have BOCT account;

- For Thai customer:  The original and valid Thai National Identification Card

- For foreign customer:  Document as required by BOCT

Remark:  BOCT reserves the rights to open mobile banking service only to the customer who passed the verification process and agree to our terms and conditions.

Tips

1. After BOCT open mobile banking service to customer, please immediately change your username and password after your first-time login.

2. Always sign out after finish using the service.

3. In the case that you forgot the password, please contact  BOCT branches where you applied for mobile banking service in order to issue a new password (with no charges).

4. In the event that customer have made invalid login attempt  more than 3 within 1day, the system will automatically locked out and will be automatically unlocked after 24 hours.
