At the same time provides you with additional protection to your accounts. The new design layout enables you to perform banking transaction easily. To enjoy a brand new banking experience that is safe and convenience, to “Simplify life at your fingertips”. You can download or update our app from your available app store.

First time log-in to BOC Personal Mobile Banking

For first time user, kindly visit any of our branch near you with your identification documents to sign up for Mobile Banking App.

  1. Open BOC Personal Mobile Banking , and enter user ID and password
  2. Get a one-time password (OTP) sent via Etoken and enter it in the APP
  3. Select “activate device binding” and “activate Face ID and fingerprint”
  4. Change their first time password given by the bank for security purposes
