Announcement on Temporary Suspension of PromptPay Service for System Maintenance

Dear Valued Customers,

Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited (“the Bank”) will perform a scheduled system upgrade. This upgrade will cause PromptPay service to be temporarily suspended and unavailable during the following periods:

December 5^th, 2020 at 23:30 – December 6^th , 2020 at 03:00
