Dear Debit Card Customer,

   With Bank of Thailand policy which aim improve the payment system in Thailand to be at the international standard, Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited (“the Bank”) has prepared the Debit Card with chip card for all customers. With this chip card technology, it can effectively prevent the data in the card from being stolen or from Skimming fraud and at the same time improve the security of the card while using at ATM or via EDC machine.

   Therefore, the Bank would like to invite Debit Card Customer to replace the debit card with magnetic stripe to the debit card with chip card, Customer may visit the our branch where the card issued and make a request to replace the card with no replacement fee from now to December 31, 2019 only.

Required documents:

For Thai customers:
• ID card
• Existing magnetic strip debit card (with no TPN-Thai Payment Network logo on the card face)

For foreign customers:
• Passport
• Existing magnetic strip debit card (with no TPN-Thai Payment Network logo on the card face)
