Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited (“BOCT” ) Mobile Banking Service offer financial transaction services on internet platform in order to made transaction inquiry, account management, or access other services you maintain with BOCT such as current and savings account, debit and credit card which allow customers to inquire the balance, transfer money, and investment management through our updated mobile banking application with the enjoyment of our safety and convenience application anytime anywhere.

- Manage current/savings account and debit card/credit card such as account Inquiry and transaction details (current transaction and previous transactions), debit card filing loss report and cancel loss report, etc.
- Transfer & remittance, payee within the Bank, Domestic Transfer, International Remittance, CNY Pre-settlement Remittance.
- Able to locate BOCT’s branches / ATMs near you.
- View Real-time exchange rate and online foreign exchange.

How to apply BOC Mobile Banking Service
- Customers must already have BOCT Current or Savings account. In case of not having BOCT’s account, customers must open BOCT bank account before applying for our mobile banking service.
- Customers who interest in our service can apply for the service by bringing the required document to all BOCT’s branch
- The required documents are as follow;
- For customers who already have BOCT account;
- For Thai customer: The original and valid Thai National Identification Card and original BOCT’s bank account.
- For foreign customer: The original and valid passport which and original BOCT’s bank account. - For customer who do not have BOCT account;
- For Thai customer: The original and valid Thai National Identification Card
- For foreign customer: Document as required by BOCT
- For customers who already have BOCT account;
- Remark: BOCT reserves the rights to open mobile banking service only to the customer who passed the verification process and agree to our terms and conditions.
Tips
- After BOCT open mobile banking service to customer, please immediately change your username and password after your first-time login
- Always sign out after finish using the service
- In the case that you forgot the password, please contact BOCT branches where you applied for mobile banking service in order to issue a new password (with no charges).
- In the event that customer have made invalid login attempt more than 3 within 1day, the system will automatically locked out and will be automatically unlocked after 24 hours.
