1. Withdrawing cash through the ATM

• ATM cash withdrawals of up to 50,000 yuan / day in China, or  250,000 baht / day in Thailand or other countries (in an amount equivalent to 250,000 baht / day)
• Withdraw cash at over 1.4 million ATMs worldwide bearing the UnionPay logo
• There is no service fee charged for ATMs within Thailand.The service fee charged for cash withdrawal via ATM in Mainland China is 25 yuan/transaction;withdraw money on UnionPay ATMs in third countries other than Thailand and China, the fee charged is 110 Baht/transaction

   

2. Paying for goods or services

• Payment of goods or services in an amount up to 100,000 yuan / day in China, and 500,000 baht / day in Thailand or other countries (in an amount equivalent to 500,000 baht / day)
• Payment for goods or services at more than 7,000,000 UnionPay merchants worldwide

Visit any branches of Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited

In the case that the debit card is lost or the PIN is forgotten, please call the Customer Service Call Center at 0 2679 5566, or contact the counter at the Bank of China (Thai) Public Company Limited, or stop by any of our offices. There is a fee for issuing a new card or PIN, as designated by the Bank

In the case where the card or magnetic strip of card is damaged or defective, a new card must be issued and the old card must be cancelled. Please take the debit card, its accompanying bank book, and valid identification to the branch or office where the account was originally opened.
