Introduction:

iGTB is the internet banking platform of Bank of China (Thai) Public Company  Limited (BOCT) designed for corporate customers to manage their accounts, users, and transactions remotely. To get started, each company must register their designated "Primary User" or Admin. Once registered, the Primary User/Admin can manage user roles and control access to the platform. iGTB also offers Hard Token or Mobile Token via Application for added security and convenience.

iGTB support three channels:

  1. iGTB Net: internet banking 
  2. iGTB Mobile: mobile banking
  3. iGTB Connect: direct connection with the bank and enterprises.

Service providing in iGTB:

  1. Account enquiry: Customers can check the balance of each of their accounts independently using the bank's self-service options.
  2. Time Deposit: Customers can conveniently make fixed deposit transactions through the bank's IGTB system without the need to visit a bank branch (counter) or interact with a teller.
  3. Payment: Funds transfer including Corporate Promptpay: The bank offers flexible funds transfer options, including Corporate Promptpay, for customers to transfer money within the bank, to other banks, and internationally.
  4. Remittance enquiry: Customers can easily track and review details of their remittance transactions using the bank's self-service options.
  5. Treasury (exchange rate inquiry): Customers can stay updated on the latest exchange rates offered by the bank through its treasury services.
  6.  Payroll: The bank's iGTB system enables customers to seamlessly transfer salary payments to their employees, simplifying the payroll process.
  7. Trade Finance: Customers be able to submit their import and export requirements through the iGTB system, making the trade finance process more efficient and streamlined.

Various fund transfer functions are available such as interbank transfers, international payment transfers to suppliers, Bahtnet transfers, 1-2 business day transfers, PromptPay, salary payment transfers, and fixed deposit account transfers.
